Stronglifts 5x5



I follow an exercise program called Stronglifts 5x5. You train only 3 times a week and have only 3 exercises per session. What?! Only three sessions a week and three exercises per session! Is it true??!!

Yes it really does, depending on how and what you want to train. The exercises you do is squats, deadlifts, overhead press, barbell rows and bench press! You do every exercise in 5 sets and 5 reps! Once a week is finished, you've been training your whole body!

I can guarantee you that you will be extremely strong if you run Stronglifts 5x5!

I've only run this for 5 weeks but I'll show you my increases in squats and dead lift!

Squats:
I started with 70kg, 154lbs, now I've crossed 90kg, 198lbs!

Deadlift:
I started with 70kg, 154lbs. I have now crossed 95kg, 209lbs!

This is only 5 weeks. I will increase by 2.5 - 5kg per pass which leads to me getting stronger after every session.

My goal is to manage 150kg in deadlift before summer is over.
