So, I've
started working out at the gym now, again! I've been training on and off, since
I was in middle school for about 5 years ago. But I've never trained properly
which I did not know for correctly until about 7 weeks ago.
I started training under a
program called Max OT, it stands for Maximum overloaded training. It is a great
concept and I loved it. But after 3 weeks so I changed my training to strength
training, which has produced awesome results in just 5 weeks. I'm not saying
now that I look like a bodybuilder or something similar. But I am
increasing the weights all the time plus I see a change in some parts of my
body.
My problem now is not training, longer, it is my diet. If
I want to reach my goals, I have to eat healthy and it's hard, I think!
But next week it starts! I'll change my diet and work
extremely hard to follow it! There is no other way to achieve my goals on.
I will update here on my blog over time with photos,
movies, etc., mostly for my own sake, but also for others.
